About Me

Partha Sarathi is a software Engineer from Bangladesh and working in a company for nearly 3 years now. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering in 2019 with a published thesis in international scientific journal.

He joined in SJ Innovation LLC as an intern and then promoted as a software engineer. He started career working as a software developer and then as a team lead of 7 from 2 different countries for Forbes 500 company called Janssen and Janssen.

Forming team, giving training and ensuring the quality of work is the key parts which he learned and performed in his first job and look forward to work in diverse industries with new challenges and success. He has developed a passion for managing projects and client relations by gathering requirements and dealing with high pressure deadline. He is highly motivated in non-profit and corporate culture. He is very much willing to work with professionals to learn and achieve organizational as well as individual goals.

Partha Sarathi is adaptable and ambitious where he performs his responsibilities with self accountability to gain individual and organizational goals. He loves to be uncomfortable with the situations which makes him a better version of himself than the day before.
